Refund Policy

We want you and your pet to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your order, we offer refunds under the following conditions:

Refund Eligibility Refunds are available for items returned within 30 days of delivery that are unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition.

Refund Processing Time Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we'll process your refund within 5-7 business days to your original payment method. Please allow additional time for your bank to post the refund.

Refund Amount You'll receive a full refund of the purchase price. Original shipping costs are non-refundable. A 15% restocking fee may apply to certain items.

  • Final sale items
  • Personalized or custom products
  • Opened food, treats, or hygiene products

Damaged or Defective Items If you receive a damaged or defective item, contact us immediately at support@weloveeverypet.com with photos. We'll issue a full refund including shipping costs.
