We accept returns on most items within 30 days of delivery. Please review our return guidelines below.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Unused and in original condition
  • In original packaging with all tags attached
  • Returned within 30 days of delivery

Non-Returnable Items

For health and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Opened food, treats, or supplements
  • Hygiene products that have been opened
  • Personalized or custom-made items
  • Items marked as final sale

How to Return an Item

Step 1: Contact us at support@weloveeverypet.com or log into your customer account to initiate a return.

Step 2: Pack the item securely in its original packaging.

Step 3: Ship the item to our return address (provided when you initiate the return).

Step 4: Use a trackable shipping method. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or we made an error.

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance for high-value items, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.

Inspection and Processing

Once we receive your return, we'll inspect it within 3-5 business days. If approved, your refund will be processed according to our Refund Policy.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at support@weloveeverypet.com with photos of the damage. We'll provide a prepaid return label and issue a full refund or replacement.
